How we counted
We searched the open scholarly database OpenAlex with 35 Korean and English terms related to Korean cultural psychology (papers since 2010), then kept 768 papers from 2015 on that were psychology-related and culture-related. An AI (Claude) then read only each title and abstract to judge whether it is Korean cultural psychology and which topic it belongs to, leaving 307. Limits: Korean papers without a DOI are often missing from OpenAlex, as are studies our search terms missed, and topic labels were assigned by AI, so some could be read differently. These numbers describe this sample, not the whole field.
